Corporate Culture
Values that don't translate into practice are just words on a wall. The four items below correspond to actions we actually carry out.
Quality First
Every data point on the quality certificate must come from this batch's inspection record. We would rather turn down an order than issue a certificate that doesn't match the product.
Deliver on Our Promises
Lead times are based on production capacity and the shipping schedule. Before scheduling production, we verify that the timeline is feasible; once committed, we track progress stage by stage through to shipment.
Share Risks with the Customer
We take part in material selection and standard confirmation in the early project phase, making clear before quoting the points that could cause problems.
Long-Term Vision
Export depends on repeat business, not one-off deals; our customers' technical requirements feed back into improvements in our production and document management.
The Four Values Applied to the Process
| Values | How We Do It | Verifiable Form |
|---|---|---|
| Quality First | Quality certificate data drawn directly from this batch's inspection record, with no standard template used | Request the original inspection record for any batch |
| Do What We Promise | Before planning, we confirm a feasible lead time; once committed, we track progress stage by stage through to shipment | Comparison between contractual lead time and actual shipment date |
| Shared Responsibility with the Customer | Before quoting, we clarify the critical points (standard differences, tolerances, packaging) | Risk alert clauses in the quotation |
| Long-Term Vision | Customer technical requirements go onto the product and document improvement list | Check whether corrective actions from the last complaint have been implemented |
